Urban Edge Development Company Owned by Dr. Abdel Aziz El-Ganzouri One of its companies, Crest Contracting Company, started in 2008 as a first-class contracting company in cooperation with government agencies in many projects with direct assignments in the construction of a judicial complex and a number of schools, as well as the construction of Saudi Dream Park Mall. The company also invests in the education sector, as it owns Smart School.
And Crest for Real Estate Development started in 2013 with the development and delivery of more than 320 real estate units in various neighborhoods of New Cairo (West Golf, projects within Nakheel Compound, Jasmine, Narcissus, New Lotus) and also Sheikh Zayed Northern Expansions.
Previous Work Crest Contracting Company, a first-class company, one of Urban Edge companies, executed Saudi Dream Park Mall and a number of state projects. The company owns:

- 32 residential projects in New Cairo (West Golf, projects within Nakheel Compound, Jasmine, Narcissus, New Lotus)
