City Line Real Estate Company is the developer of the Blue Valley project in the New Alamein City. It is an Egyptian real estate company with Saudi shareholder investors. It started its activity in the field of real estate development and construction 20 years ago and had another name "Apple for Contracting" which was changed to "City Line" in 2015.
Over the past years, City Line Real Estate has implemented a number of projects in Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is not only a real estate development company but also owns a ready-mix concrete plant in 6th of October City and advanced construction equipment.
